Our client is seeking an English Claims Administrator to join their team. This role involves managing client claims related to insurance, including recording, handling, and follow-up. Strong organizational skills and excellent English proficiency are essential. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Cape Town, Western Cape.
Duties & Responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS :
- 1 year experience in claims processing and familiarity with related procedures.
- Completion of a Bachelor's degree would be beneficial.
- While not compulsory, a qualification in RE (Regulatory Exam) may be recommended.
- A moderate to high level of computer literacy would be necessary.
- Residence in Cape Town, Western Cape.
DUTIES :
Recording, handling, and following up on clients' insurance claims via phone calls and emails.Identifying and processing claims using established procedures and ensuring compliance with them.Evaluating damages according to insurer guidelines and discussing reimbursement proposals with clients.Utilizing administrative and organizational skills to effectively manage claims resolution.Providing excellent customer care by synthesizing information and rationalizing solutions for the benefit of both the company and clients.Utilizing internet navigation systems and office tools proficiently for claim processing.Collaborating with team members and demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.Maintaining an inquiring mind to address clients' needs and resolve claims effectively.HOURS :
