Skill : Business Analyst
- Minimum 8+ years of experience as IT Business analyst.
- Prior experience working in Capital Markets and Financial Services.
- Experience with all phases of the SDLC.
- Demonstrated ability to work well with different business users and stakeholders groups.
- Gathering business requirements and writing functional specification documents.
- Data mapping skills, Gap / Comparative analysis, Report analysis.
- Ability to coordinate with onshore / offshore developers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter and ability to work independently and on multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities :
- The candidate will work on enhancements for various applications for our monthly software releases and brand-new applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze and prioritize business needs, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for software development.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and proper implementation.
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact analyses for proposed changes or enhancements.
- Assist in testing and quality assurance efforts, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions.
- Document and maintain detailed records of requirements, specifications, and project progress.
