As the National Account Sales Manager, you’ll work closely with senior leadership to develop sales strategies, strengthen relationships with major retailers, and other national accounts, and help shape the future of our brands.

Job Details

We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-motivated Strategic Account Manager to join our Apparel & Accessories division. This role will be instrumental in driving the growth of our business by managing and nurturing our key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and executing effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate / ASI apparel sales, a deep understanding of the ASI industry and sales processes, and a proven track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with off-price and department store accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Managing a book of enterprise relationships and using your accessories experience to sell to off-price and department store accounts.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and leveraging your retail and apparel sales experience to capitalize on them.
  • Comfortably engaging with clients and prospects digitally, utilizing social selling techniques and CRM tools.
  • Negotiating effectively and managing relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Participating in trade shows and visiting key accounts to strengthen relationships and generate new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of proven experience in corporate / ASI apparel sales.
  • A deep knowledge of the ASI industry and sales processes.
  • Experience managing a book of enterprise relationships and selling to off-price and department store accounts.
  • Comfort with digital engagement, social selling, and CRM usage.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • The ability to travel domestically around 20–40% for client meetings, trade shows, and key account visits.
  • Experience identifying new business opportunities in the retail and apparel sales sector.
