About the Job
We are a dynamic team at the forefront of voice AI technology, backed by top investors including Alt Capital and Y Combinator.
With an impressive $4.5M seed round and rapid growth to $3M in revenue within six months, were looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help us push the boundaries of voice AI technology.
Our team is made up of experts from Meta, Google, and TikTok, and we work out of our Redwood City office, leading the charge in revolutionizing how people interact with machines.

What youll be doing :
- Full-stack development for building production-ready voice AI solutions.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features with high impact.
- Taking ownership of key components, with the ability to influence product direction and technical decisions.
- Solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment where quick learning and adaptability are key.
Requirements :
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a commitment to team decisions even in times of disagreement.
- A bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
- A founder-like mindset with a passion for taking ownership and driving impactful results.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Previous experience in fast-growing startups or major tech companies like FAANG is a plus.
