Overview

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operators! We are hiring for several amazing employers in the Wilmington area! As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse by efficiently moving, locating, and stacking products. If you have a passion for logistics and a commitment to safety, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport goods within the warehouse.
  • Load and unload materials from trucks and containers with precision and care.
  • Ensure proper stacking and storage of products to maximize space and maintain safety.
  • Conduct regular inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance needs to supervisors.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Assist in inventory management by keeping accurate records of materials handled.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Valid forklift operator certification required.
  • Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
