RealTruck is rapidly growing and looking to expand our sales team. Focusing on innovation, inspiration and unmatched service, our team communicates with customers to provide an immersive and engaging experience for truck enthusiasts by providing expert advice and comprehensive information on every product we sell.
Primary Responsibilities :
- A product expert on automotive aftermarket products to provide customers with the information needed to make sound purchases.
- Communicate problems, issues, and solutions to customers, vendors, and all members of our team both orally and through writing in a positive manner.
- Follows up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Enter in customer's information into necessary programs in order to ensure successful delivery of the product.
- Use automotive knowledge that includes all makes, cabs, bed sizes, and aftermarket products to ensure our customers are receiving expert advice.
- Enthusiastically displays strong solution based sales techniques for closing by building rapport, qualifying customers, dealing with rebuttals, and overcoming objection over chat based solution.
Requirements :
- Ability to resolve conflict with ease and compassion.
- Goal-driven, confident self-starter with a willingness to continually embrace professional development and a passion to excel.
- Demonstrated proficiency with computers and technology.
- Ability and desire to work in an office environment.
- Availability to work 10 : 30AM to 7PM or 1 : 30PM to 10PM shift and must be available on weekends.
- Be able to type at least 45 wpm
