Day and Night Managers
Description
The Day / Night Managers role requires an individual to lead the successful day-to-day operations of the restaurant by training and developing their crew, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining budgets.

Responsibilities
- Leading the restaurant team in successful day-to-day operations
- Interviewing and hiring new team members
- Participating in personnel decisions regarding the restaurant team
- Training and developing the restaurant team
- Building sales and managing the restaurant budget
- Performing administrative tasks including payroll, inventory, food ordering, proper cash handling, etc.
- Scheduling appropriately
- Successfully communicating the company brand focus to the team
- Ensuring that safety and security standards are emphasized and adhered to
- Maintain a clean restaurant to ensure excellent food quality and customer service
- Maintaining all cleaning and sanitation standards within the restaurant
- Assisting with local store marketing opportunities
- Ensuring that employees are compensated appropriately
- Preparing employees for additional career opportunities
- Leading by example to be a role model of the standards and behaviors of IHOP Restaurant values and culture
