Key Responsibilities :
- Perform general building maintenance to ensure a safe and functional environment.
- Maintain and troubleshoot lab equipment to support ongoing research activities.
- Handle light IT tasks, including setting up emails, logins, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan for the building, lab equipment, and computer systems.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and address maintenance and IT needs promptly.
What We’re Looking For :
- Strong technical skills with basic IT knowledge (setting up emails, user accounts, troubleshooting).
- Hands-on experience with general building maintenance and minor repairs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well with a diverse team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to develop and follow maintenance plans.
