Job Description :
Intercare Recruitment seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join a great team at skilled nursing facility.
This position offers a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment while providing high-quality rehabilitation services to our residents.
Facility Details :
- Total Beds : 400
- Long-Term Care (LTC) Unit : 40 beds
- Assisted Living (AL) : 100 beds
- Independent Living Facility (ILF) : 250-275 beds
Responsibilities :
- Provide physical therapy services to residents in various units, including LTC, AL, and ILF.
- Collaborate with the activity department staff to coordinate off-site trips and activities, often in conjunction with Rehab Services.
- Participate in special events, staff appreciation days, and activities as part of the team.
- Work closely with a cohesive leadership team and maintain strong relationships with the administration and the DOR / Rehab team.
Qualifications :
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality care and services to residents
