Registered Nurse RN - Float

Employment Type : Full time Shift : 12 Hour Day Shift Description : Fully qualified external applicants may receive a sign on bonus up to $15,000 Position Purpose : At Saint Francis Hospital , we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Float RN to join our dynamic healthcare team.

As a critical part of our organization, you will provide exceptional patient care across various units, including Inpatient Trauma, Acute Care, Oncology, Neuroscience, and Cardiovascular Care .

What You Will Do : In this role, you will : + Monitor, record, and respond to patients' clinical status.+ Assist with various levels of care and treatment , supporting and encouraging rehabilitation.

Be assigned to your designated unit by the Nursing Supervisor prior to each shift.+ Float between one or more units during your 12-hour shift.

Minimum Qualifications : + Education : Graduate of an accredited college or university-affiliated nursing program. BSN graduates preferred .

• Experience : 2 or more years of Inpatient Hospital RN experience.+ Licensure : Current licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Connecticut .
• Certification : BLS (Basic Life Support) required. Work Schedule : + Full-time position - 36 hours per week - day shifts .
