We are seeking an Entry Level Recent College Graduate to become an Administrative Assistant for a Marketing and PR company located in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities :
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist guests
- Answer calls and direct to the appropriate person
- Maintain organized electronic filing systems
- Order office supplies
- Put together marketing packets
- Maintain conference room calendar
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
