- Assess patient condition and administer appropriate treatment. - Monitor and maintain accurate patient records. - Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures. - Handle emergencies in a calm and efficient manner. - Participate in orientation and ongoing training as required.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills with patients and staff. - Availability for on-call duties as needed.
