The position would be responsible for :
- Ensuring smooth restaurant operations by assisting with scheduling team members as well as onboarding and training new team members.
- completing weekly and bi weekly inventory purchases.
- Assisting in maintaining compliance with various health department / food safety rules and regulations.
- Acting as the intermediary between the owners and team members
