Job Summary

The Grounds Maintenance Worker creates a clean and healthy environment for students, faculty and staff for our Winona Campus. This position is responsible for all types of grounds keeping work, which includes mowing, weed whipping, trimming trees, mulching, removing snow, and maintaining the trails.

Salary Range : $21.00-$23.00 per hour.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Mowing lawns and trimming weeds using different types of equipment
• Maintaining trees, shrubbery, grass, and related plants
• Snow removal and winter maintenance of roads and sidewalks using truck, Bobcat, shovel, etc.
• Maintaining all grounds equipment and snow removal equipment for efficient and effective use
• Operating commercial lawn equipment, Bobcat, aerial lift, tractor, chain saw
• Supervise and work with student workers
• This position may not include all the work examples given, nor does the list include all duties that may be assigned
