RESPONSIBILITIES
- General Project Management : Planning, organizing and coordination as well as operational support.
- Product Compliance Investigations : Conduct thorough investigations into product compliance issues, ensuring all products meet regulatory standards.
- Stakeholder Consultation : Act as a consultant to internal stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations on compliance and process improvements.
- Process Automation : Develop and implement automated solutions to streamline compliance processes and reduce manual workload.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and digitize workflows to enhance productivity and accuracy.
- Proactive Problem Solving : Identify potential issues and proactively develop solutions to prevent compliance breaches.
- Customer Service Orientation : Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Agile Environment : Work collaboratively within an agile framework, contributing to sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
- Questioning Status Quo : Continuously challenge existing processes and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Project Management : Utilize Jira for daily project management tasks and collaboration.
- Audit and Root Cause Analysis : Prepare and organize audits as part of the scheduled annual audit plan for the Central Office of Engineering.
- Conduct audits and utilize root cause analysis to identify and resolve compliance issues.
- Process and Lean Improvement : Utilize lean process and process improvement skills to drive continuous enhancement initiatives.
- Engage with IT departments and external vendors to implement and support process improvements. Identify, analyze and implement improvements in business processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Additional Responsibility : Project Status Meetings and Workshops
- Ability to integrate various timing schedules to identify and mitigate timing slips.
- Plans and executes workshops with different stakeholders if necessary.
- Tracks project status in detail and informs Strategy and PCMS Project Manager on regular basis.
- Escalates issues early to stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent
- 3-5 years experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within product compliance or a similar field
- Experience working in an Agile Environment is essential
- Strong background in business Process Improvement and Automation
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated record of precision, integrity and a keen eye for detail

WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Domestic / International travel required
- Up to 15% Work schedule based on business requirements - minimum 40 hours per week
