Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) for a position near Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Job Description :
- Provide specialized nursing care to mothers and infants during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods.
- Monitor maternal and fetal well-being, administer medications, and assist with labor management.
- Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, and healthcare teams to ensure safe and positive birthing experiences.
- Educate patients and families on childbirth preparation, newborn care, and breastfeeding techniques.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
Education and Certification Requirements :
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification.
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification.
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification.
- AWHONN (Association of Women's Health, Obstetric, and Neonatal Nurses) certification preferred.
Contract Details :
- Contract Length : 13 or 8 weeks
- Weekly Compensation : Up to $2,600 based on experience
