Associate Attorney – Civil Litigation

Location : Canton / Akron, Ohio

Salary : $120,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year (base pay range provided by Jobot).

Position Overview

We are seeking an Associate Attorney with civil litigation experience to join our team. While experience in medical malpractice litigation is preferred, general civil litigation experience will also be considered. The ideal candidate will manage cases independently, conduct legal research, prepare pleadings, and represent clients in court.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation cases from intake through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare briefs.
• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, and courtroom proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.
