Busy Plaintiff's personal injury litigation firm seeks an experienced, pleasant, and well-spoken full-time Senior Litigation Paralegal, certificate strongly preferred. Seeking a "Star" who is confident, knowledgeable, and can handle the pace of a thriving Personal Injury Firm. Serious, well-qualified candidates only.

Main responsibilities include :

• Correspondence with clients, experts, adversaries, and courts
• Phone work, calendaring, computer work, copying, and scanning
• Summons and Complaint Service
• Filing Affidavits of Service and Requests to Enter Defaults
• Medical Record Acquisition using a vendor's portal to track online
• Lien Acquisition, such as from Health Insurers, Medicare and Medicaid
• Basic Pro Forma Motion Assistance

Must have excellent typing and computer skills, as well as be able to multitask with ease.

4+ years of plaintiff or defense personal injury law firm experience required .
