Responsibilities
- Defense of general liability matters
- Premises liability, personal injury, wrongful death, auto accidents, construction defect, etc.
- Discovery
- Deposition
- Prepare and argue motions
- Trial preparation
Qualifications
- J.D. from Accredited Law School
- Barred in CA
- 3+ years doing General Liability Defense
- Nice to have :
- Deposition experience
- Has led discovery
- Has prepared and argued motions
