Salary : $150,000-$200,000 (Base) $200,000-$250,00 (Total Comp)

Responsibilities

• Defense of general liability matters
• Premises liability, personal injury, wrongful death, auto accidents, construction defect, etc.
• Discovery
• Deposition
• Prepare and argue motions
• Trial preparation

Qualifications

• J.D. from Accredited Law School
• Barred in CA
• 3+ years doing General Liability Defense
• Nice to have :
• Deposition experience
• Has led discovery
• Has prepared and argued motions
• Trial preparation experience
