JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title : Information Technology Project Manager

Reports to : Vice President - Professional Services Line of Business

Subsidiary : Leisnoi Enterprise Solutions, LLC

Location : Remote

Job Status : Regular Full -Time

Position Summary :

Leisnoi Enterprise Solutions, LLC (LES) is a wholly owned company of Leisnoi, Inc., and has an immediate need for an Information Technology (IT) Project Manager with additional skills to manage LES's various projects.

This position is responsible for managing a team of professionals within a set deadline to uphold business initiatives. LES is currently experiencing a large amount of growth and this position comes with an exceptional growth opportunity.

Responsibilities and Duties (including but not limited to) :

• Setting project goals and designing plans to meet those goals
• Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports
• Managing resources for projects, such as computer equipment and employees
• Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individuals' responsibilities
• Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
• Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
• Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress
• Advanced computer skills and in-depth knowledge of different operating systems, network administration and service desk administration
• Project management and leadership skills for managing projects and the IT teams involved with them
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and explain technical issues
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion
• Organization and time management skills to keep project on track and within budget
• Excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills
• Attend various meeting with clients, partners and subcontractors

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science or related field
• Experience in roles related to computer science, such as business analysts, programmers or project coordinators.
• Experience in computer development work with a project-based focus and experience working with IT teams
• Strong comprehension skills for understanding needs and developing and applying solutions
• Ability to identify, initiate, manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent prioritization and multitasking capabilities
• Strong leadership skills to train, guide and mentor the workforce
• Personal computer and business solutions software skills
• Strong ability to create and maintain formal and informal networks
• Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies
