The Quick Service Operations Manager is an integral member of the Steak N Shake Team, as well as may support other quick serve retail operations within University Dining Operations.
This position will :
- Assist in supervising the overall operation.
- Help to drive an operation that provides a safe and inviting atmosphere.
- Provide and train others in high-quality customer service.
- Ensure that orders are accurate and meet all University Dining and franchise standards.
- Foster an environment that promotes diversity and growth for student workers, staff and guests.
- Assist in the facilitation of the hiring and training process.
- Oversee supply ordering.
- Assist in administrative maintenance and scheduling.
- Assist in daily duties and tasks.
- Lead a team of full-time and student employees and serve as a backup.
