Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients, both individuals and families, to offer customized insurance solutions
- Generate and follow up on leads provided by the agency
- Educate potential clients about our insurance products, including auto, home, life, and commercial lines
- Schedule and conduct client consultations to understand their insurance needs
- Build and maintain relationships to provide long-term value to our clients
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales goals
- Use state-of-the-art technology to streamline sales efforts and track client interactions
Requirement
- No experience or license requiredwe provide comprehensive training
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred but not required)
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
