Description
Deposit Products Strategy & Growth Manager is responsible for developing and driving strategies to exponentially grow US deposit base with a focus on digital channels.
They will create and execute financial and product strategies for initiatives that drive product revenue, growth & profitability, as well as identify new product and revenue opportunities and product distribution channels.
This individual will collaborate with leaders across multiple products and key support areas such as Finance, Risk, Technology and Marketing to implement key changes and address issues.
The ideal candidate will be a driven, self-starter comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment.
Essential Functions :
- Creating and recommending the strategy for the management, development, and execution of deposit products
- Serve as principal product developer and project manager beginning with product ideation, system development, marketing, pricing, and operating model, considering technical feasibility and cost for new and existing products
- Create, develop, and manage partnerships with external affiliates to drive growth across multiple channels and enhance funding optimization
- Provide ongoing analysis and review of key fee performance metrics
- Understand competitive and regulatory fee and rate environment, develop pricing strategies that enhance growth and profitability
- Collaborate with partners to deliver solutions and experiences based on modernization framework
Requirements
- Understanding of competitive landscape with respect to savings and checking product offerings, business strategies and client experience drivers
- 4+ years of relevant experience in consumer banking strategy, ideally with specific emphasis on savings & checking products, longer preferred
- Demonstrated experience driving business innovation, leveraging management information, and data analytics to drive results and make meaningful & actionable recommendations
- Consulting skillset (impact orientation, business understanding, program management, executive presence) with exceptional digital and analytical acumen
- Appreciation for controlled execution and applicable regulatory requirements
- Ability to concisely articulate complex information in both verbal and written form
