This position requires business professional wear and clean shaven for men.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Copier Sales Representative to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within an assigned territory.
This role involves a high degree of autonomy and requires a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities for copiers and related office equipment.
This is a very heavy COLD CALL environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation :
- Identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations :
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our copier products.
- Tailor sales presentations to meet the specific needs and requirements of each customer.
- Customer Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Strategy and Planning :
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Negotiation and Closing :
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to close sales deals effectively.
- Reporting and Documentation :
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales results.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to the sales manager.
Qualifications
- Education :
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience :
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the office equipment or copier industry.
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Skills and Abilities :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Other Requirements :
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
