Kodiak Labor Solutions , part of Comfort Systems USA , is seeking a Marketing Coordinator / Traffic Manager to join our Cleveland, OH team. Were a small, high-performing group that operates like an internal agencysupporting our national sales and recruiting teams with marketing projects, content, and campaigns that drive visibility, growth, and brand pride across the Kodiak brand. What Youll Do

  • Manage the flow of creative and marketing projects from request through completion.
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and feedback between team members, leadership, and vendors.
  • Maintain the marketing calendar and production queue to ensure smooth, on-time execution.
  • Assist with logistics, shipping, setup, and materials for national tradeshows and events.
  • Manage vendor communication and budgets; oversee collateral, shipments, and post-show recaps.
  • Support internal company events and meetings as needed.
  • Coordinate with print, promo, and digital vendors for quotes, proofs, and invoicing.
  • Manage purchase orders, budgets, and invoice reconciliation to keep projects on track.
  • Assist with social media and email campaigns, including scheduling, posting, and reporting.
  • Help maintain and update the company website, ads, and landing pages.
  • Edit and format marketing materials, presentations, and internal communications.

What Youll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, traffic / project management, or agency support.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, having strong Excel and PowerPoint capability.
  • Experience using Salesforce for marketing coordination, reporting, or campaign tracking (preferred).
  • Bonus : experience with LinkedIn, WordPress, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Meta Ads.
