This individual will be an imperative part of the Shelf Life Extension Program (SLEP) Implementation team for integrating SLEP capabilities into LogiCole.
Specifically, we are looking for someone that can work well with a cross-functional team to ensure the team remains accountable to the work that needs to be accomplished.
The program is based in Fort Detrick, Maryland. This position is on-site three days per week, but expanded telework options are available for exceptional candidates on a case-by-case basis.
What You Will Do :
Support full SDLC services for SLEP defined priorities to include design, development, test, verification, network, organization, and access changes.
Communicate well on all levels to various government and contractor support personnel including Developers, Business Analysts, Testers, Engineers, Operations Administrators, and Leadership.
Manage team tasks and remove impediments to ensure on-time and quality delivery.
Work with the team and external stakeholders to validate and implement SLEP Access for Federal Agencies PIV / CAC users.
Work with the team to ensure that capability requested specific to SLEP is achieved.
Be able to operate independently as well as seamlessly with the team to complete the mission.
Communicate well on all levels to various government and contractor support personnel, Developers, Business Analysts, Testers, Engineers, Operations Administrators, and Leadership.
Serve as a Scrum Master in a Scaled Agile environment, overseeing cross-functional teams and ensuring successful program increment planning participation.
Builds and leads high-performing teams, fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
Manages team tasks and remove impediments to ensure on time and quality delivery.
Creates and maintains schedule for the team.
What You Will Need :
A bachelor’s degree in information systems management, computer sciences, technology, engineering, or a tech / business related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in information technology systems development, sustainment or technical development oriented projects
Experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master utilizing Agile, Scrum or Kanban.
Experience or knowledge of SAFe
What Would Be Nice To Have :
PMP and SAFe certifications (strongly preferred)
Experience with Defense Medical Logistics Enterprise Support applications and support of DoD medical treatment facilities.
Security Requirements :
Must be a U.S. Citizen; Can obtain a Public Trust clearance; and will be subject to a Tier 3 Investigation for DoD Common Access Card (CAC) eligibility only.
Candidates who have recently completed T3 investigations are a plus.
