A well-established meat processing facility in Western Ohio is seeking an experienced 3rd Shift Maintenance Supervisor. This facility has recently modernized and upgraded its equipment, and we are looking for a skilled leader to oversee maintenance operations and ensure the smooth running of the new systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and lead the 3rd shift maintenance team.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, including ovens, boilers, and refrigeration systems.
- Ensure machinery operates efficiently and safely.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff, promoting a collaborative work environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain detailed maintenance records and reports.
Qualifications :
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within maintenance.
- 7+ years of hands-on maintenance experience, preferably in a food processing environment.
- Expertise in industrial equipment such as ovens, boilers, and refrigeration systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make quick, informed decisions.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
What We Offer :
- Competitive salary : $65,000 - $75,000 per year.
- Additional $1.50 / hour for on-time attendance.
