We are seeking a Director Of LST3 APD Program to join our team! You will be responsible for the management and delivery of technology related projects across various departments.
APD certified is a plus.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
- Maintain required project documentation
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects
Qualifications :
Overview : Experience at Devereux is a plus. Experience with young disabled adults is a plus.
The Director of the LSD-3 APD Program is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of services for individuals with developmental disabilities.
This role ensures the program meets all regulatory requirements and maintains the highest quality of care and support.
Key Responsibilities :
Program Management :
- Develop and implement program goals and objectives in alignment with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to services for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Staff Supervision and Development :
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise program staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing professional development opportunities.
Client Services :
- Oversee the development and implementation of individualized service plans for clients.
- Ensure that clients receive appropriate services and support to achieve their goals.
- Assist with hands-on care when necessary.
- Assist in Transportation when regular driver is off work.
Budget Management :
- Develop and manage the program budget.
- Monitor expenditures and ensure financial accountability.
Collaboration and Community Engagement :
Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
