WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE
- Provide support to sales process by securing secondary financing in a timely manner to satisfy homeowner lending needs.
- Manage financing options offered to homeowners / potential customers.
- Interact with customers / project consultants to obtain additional credit information.
- Effectively communicate training and monitoring of the sales force specific to the company's credit / finance option policies and procedures
- Assist in development of consumer finance policies.
- Monitor software to ensure that sales reps are accurately reporting activity.
- Monitor violations of credit policies, provide analysis, conclusion and recommendations.
- Manage processes and procedures for obtaining customer financials and clearing lender conditions.
- Other job duties as assigned
- Type, speak, & write daily.
- Works regularly in an office setting.
- Continuous sitting up to 8 hours a day.
- Nights / Weekend availability required
WHAT YOU'LL BRING - THE PERSON
- Knowledge & Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Understanding of credit lending.
- Ability to problem solve and multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience & Education
- College Degree or equivalent finance experience preferred.
- Minimum 2 years' consumer credit lending or unsecured loan processing experience; required.

Pay : $80,000 - $125,000 a year
$70,000 - $80,000 Base Pay based on experience + up to 25% quarterly bonus
