Assistant General Manager
Asistente del Gerente General de Taco Bell apoya al Gerente General del Restaurante manejando excelentemente los turnos de trabajo, completando tareas administrativas y asegurando operaciones del restaurante consistentemente a los estándares de Taco Bell.
Usted toma propiedad y responsabilidad para resolver problemas con una sonrisa, ayudar y guiar a otros. Responsabilidades claves incluyen asegurárse que miembros del equipo y Gerentes de turno completen todas las tareas asignadas, servicios seguros, alimentos de calidad y de manera amigable.
También asistirá al RGM con el manejo de inventario, revisión de reportes financieros, búsqueda, contratación y desarrollo de excelentes miembros de equipo y Lideres de Turno, haciendo que se cumplan normas de salud y seguridad.
Un candidato exitoso debe tener al menos 18 años de edad, y tener actitud una positiva y buenas habilidades de comunicación.
