We are seeking a Tax Administrative Assistant to support our team with client communications, e-filing income tax returns, maintaining data within client records, preparing Power of Attorneys, scheduling meetings, monitoring company workflow, and assisting the tax team to ensure client obligations are met.

Job training will be conducted remotely from your home office with equipment provided by the firm. This provides an opportunity to working parents to balance work and family by performing all work from a home office.

What Work You Will be Responsible For :

Electronically file federal and state income tax returns.

Review client emails and direct to the appropriate tax advisor.

Maintain client records in tax software.

Monitor collection of personal tax return materials.

Track tax return projects.

Basic Qualifications :

High school diploma

3+ years of tax administration experience required

Preferred / Desired Qualifications :

Professional and positive customer service attitude.

Solid written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to be resourceful and proactive.

Proven work experience in a professional, fast-paced environment.

Excellent organizational skills.

Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
