We are currently seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Entry Level Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Business Development : Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities to drive company growth.
  • Market Research : Conduct research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and market opportunities.
  • Client Engagement : Participate in client meetings, presentations, and pitches to promote MSI’s services.
  • Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Campaign Support : Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns and strategies.
  • Sales Reporting : Monitor and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and results.
  • Proposal Preparation : Assist in preparing sales materials, proposals, and presentations.
  • Networking : Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent MSI and expand business contacts.

Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Interest in Sales : Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Organizational Skills : Proven organizational and time management skills.
  • Team Player : Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Self-Motivated : Self-driven with a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
  • Experience : Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus but not required.
