This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities.

Blue Origin is quickly standing up a new space thruster manufacturing line in Huntsville, AL. These thrusters will be critical to controlling space craft on orbit and during moon landings. As part of a hardworking team of engineers you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing thrusters hardware. You will ultimately help our team to identify, develop, and deploy methods to both improve fabrication quality and optimize throughput.

Tasks will include creating build & flow documents, identifying and designing required production tools, creating manufacturing BOMs, authoring work instructions, determining build schedules, and supporting the product on the production floor.

Required for certain Job Profiles : Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential, which includes pre-employment and random drug testing as well as DOT physical
