- experienced with conveyor or Industrial equipment preventative and routine maintenance
- a mix of experience and training in heavy equipment repair and fleet equipment
- Diesel technology training / degree will be considered in lieu of experience
- comfortable welding in various positions
- Strong skills in troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Ability to handle the demanding physical aspects of equipment maintenance in an industrial environment
- Strong safety focus
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
