ARE YOU EXCITED ABOUT THIS REMOTE TAX MANAGER JOB?
As a Tax Manager, your typical day involves a mix of project management tasks and hands-on tax work. You start by reviewing your assigned clients and their specific tax projects, evaluating the scope, timelines, and resources needed.
From there, you independently manage each project, ensuring all necessary tasks are completed and deadlines are met. This includes working closely with clients to gather necessary information and documentation, as well as collaborating with internal teams when needed.
You're responsible for preparing business returns such as the 1065 and trust tax returns. Additionally, you conduct thorough reviews of tax returns, identifying any errors or opportunities for improvement.
There may also be instances where you jump in and directly work on tax returns, utilizing your expertise and attention to detail.
