Employment Type : Full timeShift : 12 Hour Day ShiftDescription : Trinity Health Of New England is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Virtual Nursing team at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center.

This is a unique opportunity for a Virtual Nurse to join our team as we implement a new patient care model that leverages technology to provide additional support to our staff while also improving patient experience.

This is an onsite position - you will work from a location within the Saint Francis Hospital campus in Hartford, CT.Fully qualified external applicants will be eligible for a $7,000 sign-on bonusWork Schedule : Full -time 36-hour Days - rotating weekendsYou Will Be Responsible For : * Exceptional Patient Care : Including the assessment, planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of patient plan of care from admission to discharge.

Compassion, Communication & Stewardship : Use your clinical knowledge, critical thinking skills, and the principles of case management and adult education to coordinate, implement and support a plan of care that meets the patient's needs and ensures a seamless, effective, and efficient transition of care.

Requirements : * Education : Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program. Specialty credentialing & educational degree according to clinical nursing practice specialty area.

BSN graduate preferred.* Licensure : Current Licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in Connecticut.* Certification : BLS certification required.

• Experience : Minimum ten (10) years of experience in health condition management, which must include adult condition management.
