Your Role
As a service technician, you will be responsible for keeping the machines running and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work autonomously in various companies and travel to customers in your dedicated region using a company vehicle equipped with necessary tools.
Mission : Perform routine, preventative maintenance and repairs on air compressors, dryers, gas generators, and ancillary equipment at customer sites.
Responsibilities of a Service Technician :
- Perform routine, preventative maintenance and repairs on all brands of air compressors, dryers, gas generators, and ancillary equipment.
- Troubleshoot and perform diagnostics on malfunctioning equipment.
- Document all work performed daily.
- Provide basic tools to accomplish job and maintain tools and equipment.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and work overtime on short notice.
- Promote and practice proper safety procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
To succeed, you will need :
Experience : 1-2 years of technical experience maintaining and repairing various types of mechanical and electrical equipment.
Education : High School diploma or equivalent required with technical training in electrical, hydraulics, and / or pneumatics preferred.
Skills : Strong self-management, professionalism, and excellent customer service skills.
Travel : Available for a rotating schedule of on-call work on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
