Job Description

You could be the one who changes everything for our 28 million members as a clinical professional on our Medical Management / Health Services team.

Position Purpose : Oversee and monitor shared services Medicare performance (dashboard, KPIs, action plans to meet goal, etc.

Lead escalation & resolution for issues, and Product-specific Improvement initiatives. Serve as shared services liaison and primary point of contact for all Medicare priorities, utilizing matrix leadership over Shared Services areas & other Medicare Solutions teams.

  • Oversee performance and oversight on Key Performance Indicator adherence.
  • Collaborate with Shared Services areas to develop and lead action and / or mitigation plans to address performance issues.
  • Update, interpret, analyze and distribute dashboards.
  • Intake Medicare related issues from shared services & health plan partners, identifying root cause & resolution.
  • Serve as Medicare liaison for short-term corrections and longer-term process improvement initiatives.

Education / Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. Five years related experience in one or more areas of Claims Configuration, Claims Processing, Product Development, Medicare Operations, Clinical, Pharmacy, Call Center, Provider Data, Utilization Management, Case Management, Data Analytics. :

License / Certification : NonePay Range : $84,300.00 - $151,700.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
