Job Description :
- Work in a Level 3 NICU with 10 beds plus 6 Stepdown beds.
- Function as part of a collaborative team of healthcare professionals.
- Perform and assist with typical NICU procedures.
- Adapt to an environment with advanced NICU equipment and EMR systems.
- Demonstrate strong skills in neonatal care and critical thinking.
- Provide care in floating areas such as newborn nursery and pediatrics as required.
- Exhibit adaptability to meet unit guidelines and policies.
- Wear royal blue scrubs as part of the professional dress code.
- Commit to night shift schedules, accommodating any weekend or on-call rotations if necessary.
- Maintain a positive and compassionate attitude suitable for a NICU setting.
