Compensation :
$60,000 - $70,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals.
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Lead and mentor a team of employees to foster a positive work environment and drive performance.
- Analyze financial reports and market trends to make informed business decisions.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and clients to enhance business opportunities.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within the real estate industry.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in budget management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
