The Position :

As a Project Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our executive team. Your organizational prowess, efficiency, and proactive approach will ensure seamless operations within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Efficiently manage and organize calendars, overseeing scheduling for meetings and appointments.
  • Handle email correspondence and phone calls with precision.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs to contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, encompassing flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events.
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication.

Requirements :

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or possess equivalent experience.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Showcase proficiency in MS Office and other office management tools.
  • Display the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Uphold a commitment to discretion and confidentiality.
  • Prior experience as a Project Manager is advantageous.
