Position Overview : We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative with a passion for LED lighting. As an integral part of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by proactively reaching out to customers, generating new leads, and closing sales opportunities.

Requirements :

Proven inside sales experience, preferably in the LED lighting industry or related field.

Solid understanding of LED lighting products, technologies, and applications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.

Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to convert leads into sales.

Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track customer interactions and sales activities.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability concepts is a plus.
