job_description.job_card.job_descriptionCandidates will be responsible for developing 2D graphics for use in virtual maintenance simulations Convert subject source material and engineering drawings or photos into isometric or orthographic realistic 2D illustrations Interrupting technical manuals to create graphics for equipment maintenance procedures Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and work collaboratively within a team as well as independently on assigned projects Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Follow design guidelines, asset naming conventions, and other technical constraints Prototype and iterate on graphics, and user interfaces based on feedback from team members Work with other artists, animators, and programmers to execute projects on time A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Graphic Design, Multimedia Art US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret Clearance Must be proficient with Adobe Illustrator Must be familiar with Adobe Creative Suite Ability to learn and adapt to new workflows and methods Ability to take feedback and make changes as required Updated portfolio of previous work Exceptional salaries Company funded retirement plans Major medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and their dependents Competitive vacation, holiday, and sick leave packages Life insurance and short / long term disability insurance Educational assistance programs Flexible work schedules
