Montgomery College accepts applications for Adjunct / Part-time Faculty on a continuous basis. Applications may be reviewed periodically based on student enrollment needs. The listing of a course in the schedule of classes as "TBA" does not constitute an assignment. The hiring decision for part-time faculty involves an academic judgment and shall be determined at Management's sole discretion.
Job Description
Montgomery College Lifelong Learning Institute, a program serving individuals ages 50 and over with short-term / non-credit courses, seeks an enthusiastic and dedicated instructor with a background and expertise in a specific subject area to teach a part-time course. Course topics range from Art, Art History, Brain Fitness, Computer Skills, History and Current Events, Human and Natural Science, Personal Enrichment, and Wellness. The instructor must exhibit a high degree of professionalism, a solid commitment to students, and the ability to motivate and educate in an engaging manner.
