One of California’s leading educational service providers, FLEX College Prep, is seeking dynamic andcustomer-driven individuals to drive sales within assigned markets and provide outstanding service to itsdiverse client base.
The Sales Operations Support Specialist performs a valuable role supporting the sales and operations departments as well a primary contact for clients.
This position will report directly to FLEX’s Director of Academic Operations.
What We're Looking For :
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2 or more years of sales operations experience is a must
- Experience working in education, college prep or related industry strongly preferred
- Strong MS Office and CRM database experience
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to establish rapport with students, parents, and co-workers
- Excellent time-management, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to multi-task
What You'll Do :
- Sales Support
- Work with the Director for Academic Service Operations on sales promotions and pricing structures.
- Coordinate and Facilitate marketing efforts, including webinars, seminars, direct mailings, and more.
- Manage FLEX institutional partnerships, ensuring excellent student satisfaction.
- Ensure high standards of post-sale service and manage program data and analytics to enhance service quality.
- Maintain an updated CRM system, provide accurate sales forecasts, and optimize lead management.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Operations Support
- Perform all administrative tasks related to FLEX services, ensuring smooth operations both in-person and online.
- Monitor and track data related to customer satisfaction and student progress.
- Oversee all of FLEX's California facilities, including coordinating lease agreements, and utilities, and maintaining a professional center aesthetic.
Where You'll Do It :
Northern California : Cupertino or Palo Alto; occasional travel to Fremont and Irvine offices

$60,000 - $75,000 a year
