We conduct focused research and engineering, with the support of massive computation resources, to build and deploy state-of-the-art AI core technologies, including but not limited to LLM, recommendations, etc.

Responsibilities : The mission of our AML team is to push the next-generation AI infrastructure and recommendation platform for the ads ranking, search ranking, and live & e-commerce ranking in our company.

We also drive substantial impact on the core businesses of the company. 1. Participate in the application and optimization of machine learning algorithms in products such as Douyin (TikTok) and Toutiao.

This includes areas such as recommendation systems, advertising, multimodal pre-training, and scientific computing, which require significant computational resources.

2. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to explore new algorithms under new architectures.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications1.

Proficiency in C / C++ programming skills with a solid foundation, excellent programming style, and work habits.2. Familiarity with at least one mainstream deep learning programming framework (TensorFlow / PyTorch).

3. Knowledge of deep learning algorithms (CNN / RNN / LSTM / RL, large-scale Sparse&Dense models for recommendation and advertising, etc.

4. Ability to independently solve problems, possess a strong sense of teamwork, and excellent communication skills.5. Strong motivation, willingness to accept challenges, and innovative thinking.

Preferred Qualifications1. Familiarity with algorithm design in large-scale systems.2. Practical project experience in recommendation systems, advertising, multimodal applications, or scientific computing.
