  • Guide decisions by making trade-offs clear and offering well-informed recommendations.
  • Meet challenges head-on with creative problem-solving, and know when to seek guidance.
  • Take initiative to research and learn new information as needed to move your projects forward.
  • Follow up consistently to ensure tasks are completed on time, and that any blockers or risks are raised early.
  • Bring enthusiasm and a positive attitude, setting an example of effective teamwork and collaboration.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-4 years of experience in project management or related roles.
  • Basic project management skills, including but not limited to project planning, organization, and tracking.
  • A problem solver who thrives on tackling challenges and finding effective solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate proactively and clearly with both the team and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, making sure tasks are completed accurately and nothing important is missed.
  • Empathic and understanding, with the ability to connect with teammates, recognize their challenges, and work well with different personalities.
  • Collaborative and supportive, while able to work independently when needed.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can shift quickly.

Perks and Benefits

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Opportunities for career growth and development within a dynamic and innovative company.
  • The chance to be part of a revolutionary mission to change the way the world connects.

REALLY is an equal opportunity employer and we welcome everyone to our team. We believe that diversity is integral to our success, and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, age, or any other basis protected by law.
