Overview

Job Title : Quality System Administrator

Locations : Multiple

Position Overview : Bollinger is seeking a dedicated Quality System Administrator to oversee the development, management, and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System, including ensuring compliance and maintenance of ISO 9001 certification.

Responsibilities

• Support quality system management in compliance with established standards.
• Assist in conducting risk analyses, solving quality-related issues, and implementing process improvement projects.
• Coordinate and conduct internal quality system audits across various company locations.
• Serve as the primary coordinator for audits conducted by external agencies or certifying bodies.
• Promote and apply continuous improvement methodologies throughout the organization.
• Deliver training on quality concepts and the application of the quality management system.
• Perform technical writing duties, including drafting internal documentation and reports.
• Manage and maintain technical and controlled documents within the organization.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating adaptability, precision, and a commitment to achieving organizational and project goals.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned or requested by management.
