Operations Manager, Lead
Key Role :
Maintain responsibility for monitoring and control of delivery operations, communications, procurements and financial tracking, project reporting, new product and vendor evaluation, security and compliance impact analysis, and other strategic initiatives.
Work with product owners and portfolio leadership to track multiple work-streams to ensure delivery success and alignment back to larger organizational objectives.
Leverage expertise in IT project management and consulting to maximize operational efficiency. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.
S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications :
- 6+ years of experience in IT consulting, IT program management, strategic communications or change management roles
- Experience crafting and presenting slide decks for senior leaders
- Experience with Microsoft Office, project management, and data analysis tools
- Experience with the Atlassian suite such as Jira or Confluence
- Experience leading software engineering Agile delivery teams
- Experience working with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms as well as custom software development solutions
- Experience building and deploying software solutions with major Cloud Service Providers such as AWS or Azure
- Bachelor's degree or 15+ years of experience with IT consulting
Additional Qualifications :
- Experience with financial management such as budget tracking or forecasting
- Experience managing distributed and remote teams
- Possession of excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability / Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field preferred; Master's degree in IT, Business, or a related field a plus
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
