Requirements :
Current BCBA certification and at least 1 year of home-based ABA experienceFamiliarity with a variety of Clinical Assessments (such as Vineland, AFLS, ABLLS, etc.)Expectations :
Implement data collections systems that work for you and your familiesOrganize, review, and maintain data collection for program development on Central Reach (training available if needed)Develop behavior plans and programs to reduce problem behaviors and teach functional skills to children of various ages and skill setsDirect and supervise Registered Behavioral TechniciansWork collaboratively and effectively with clinicians, office staff, families and directorsSupervise ongoing ABA programs, assess performance of programs and adjust as necessary
